AIR SERVICE: Commercial service is available at the Gillette Airport - 5 miles north of Gillette and 43 miles from Wright. Great Lakes Airline provides daily departures with connections to Denver, CO and Billings, MT; SkyWest provides departures to Rock Springs, WY and Salt Lake City, UT; United Airlines provides departures to Denver, CO. Charter flights and rental cars are available.

Hulett has a municipal airport.

Also available is the Converse County General Aviation Airport. The airport is two miles from Douglas and 32 miles from Glenrock.

RAIL SERVICE (Cargo): Burlington Northern (Cargo) Moorcroft.

Highway System

Highway Routes / Hulett: U.S. Highway 24 and 112. Nearest interstate, I-90 is 30 miles away.

Highway Routes / Moorcroft: U.S. Highways 14 and 16. Moorcroft is on Interstate-90.

Highway Routes / Sundance: U.S. Hwy. 14. Sundance is on Interstate-90.

Highway Route / Pine Haven U.S. Hwy 113 & Crook County Hwy 210. Pine Haven is 10 miles from I-90.

Motor Carriers

Parcel / Express Service: UPS and Federal Express are available.

Bus Service: Powder River Transportation (Passenger/ freight) for Moorcroft and Sundance. The town of Sundance is also served by the Senior Citizens' Bus service.

Utilities

Powder River Energy Corp. supplies electricity to all of Crook County, including the four communities. Propane and fuel oil are available in all four towns. In addition, natural gas is available in Moorcroft. Individual towns supply water. The infrastructure for Hulett, Moorcroft, Pine Haven, and Sundance have been well maintained and has capacity for population as well as commercial and industrial growth.
